My Story

Business by day, Percussion by night

Hi there, I’m Razieh, I am passionate business developer who lives and breathes business development. Let me take you on a fun little journey through my world of innovation, strategy, and business development.

I kicked off my academic journey with a Bachelor's in Business Administration at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland, where I dove deep into supply chain management and financial management. I even crafted a thesis on supply chain planning for a new product — thrilling stuff, right? But why stop there? My passion for pushing boundaries led me to pursue a Master’s in Global Innovation Management at Turku School of Economics. I explored the world of innovation management and entrepreneurship, and tackled fulfillment challenges for Finnish eCommerce in my thesis — because who doesn’t love solving marketplace problems?

Currently, I’m a Business and Product Developer at InnovationTBD Venture Studio, where I get to learn more about venture studio, innovation management, research and develop innovative products from concept to commercialization. Prior to this, I led development portfolios at Posti OY as a Business Developer, also supporting  strategy planning and execution, market research and different business development tasks. During my time as a Strategy and Business Development Trainee at Posti OY, I learned to juggle data, customer insights, and strategic planning like a pro. Let’s not forget my early days at Lufthansa Cargo, where I dipped my toes into marketing, sales, and handling, all while keeping things running smoothly in Helsinki and the Baltics. When it comes to skills, I’ve got a mixed bag of technical and people skills. From agile strategy & business development and business data analysis to making engaging presentations, I thrive in cross-functional communication and problem-solving.

What I do outside of work? I’m a percussion-playing, yoga-loving, ski-cruising adventurer with a passion for reading and traveling.

P.S. do you like to know where the title "Business by day, percussion by night" coming?  playing percussion at night in my peace is a way for me to unwind after facing daily work challenges.
